Due
to the expansion of low cost airlines, and the introduction of the
Sea Star Catamaran, more people are travelling independently to
Tilos. In previous seasons up to 2009,many travellers preferred
to book flights on Wednesdays and Sundays, which tended to mirror
the inbound and outbound journey of the major package tour operators
serving Tilos, Halki and Symi.
Following
the announcement that Little Island Holidays have ceased
trading, there are now no package tour companies offering holidays
to Tilos that includes flights, accommodation and transfers. However,on
a positive note, Jet2, Thomascook, Monarch, First Choice and Scanda
airline Viking are already offering Wednesday morning flights for
2010 season from Gatwick and Manchester at excellent prices. We
are now actively seeking to secure bookings for clients for their
preferred accommodation in 2010.Once you have secured your
flights, Tilos Travel will assist you in making your journey as
smooth as possible. This site will be updated regularly to inform
visitors of the latest news. Part of our service includes a 24 hour
call line should you encounter any problems on your inbound / outbound
journey.
For
those visitors who have relied on the excellent services of Little
Island over the years, please don't despair !!! Making your own
way to Tilos is really quite straightforward. We have had many years
experience in advising independent travellers, and with the undoubted
increase in this type of travel in 2010, flights, ferry crossings,
and your choice of accommodation are without doubt going to be more
flexible and available.

the Greek Islands using the large ferries. Flights to other Islands
are still possible, but ferry connections are currently limited.
